POP Beach, named like this because of Puerto Plata's Airport Code by a selected group of surfer's who actually surfed this location just 1 year ago but had forgotten it's potential. The idea of documenting this wave was thanks to Surfer Ivan Herrera who always said he would come back and surf this spot bringing a photographer in a small boat(Yola) right into the channel. Katia was the perfect occasion to immortalize for the first time this epic day. www.marullos.com
