Surf conditions at 6.50 a.m. on Monday 18th March 2013:
And it's another pleasant start to the day, all peaceful and bright and milder feeling, with a little lazy surf rolling to the beach.
It's a couple to three feet with a light onshore (westerly?) on it making for a really light bump to it all. It's not choppy or anything, there's just that glassy bumpiness going on.
It's probably going to be at its best at hight tide in a couple of hours or so but there should be fun surf for most of the day.
Is that just a little feeling of Spring slipping into the air over the last few days?
I think so!
