Pico in the late morning at a (not so very high) high tide was generally on the small side with waves in the 2-3 to 4 foot range, and an occasional 4+. Moderate-to-strong off shores again and a very small crowd for the usual well-shaped but not too powerful waves. Photo of Pico around 9:30 this morning.
