3ft Calm Cross-Shore wind * * *
Surf conditions at 6.45 a.m. on Saturday 21st September 2013: Mild innit? But otherwise It's a mizzle filled and murky old morning at Constantine Bay with a gentle dampness that's filling the air. The surf is kind of majestic, three to occasionally four feet waves are walling and folding themselves across the Reef on that big high tide. The Harvest moon is gently diminishing ahead of tomorrow's Autumn Equinox, while the lightest of breezes is breathing quietly in from the south right now with all of the forecasts showing a slip to the south west, more onshore, as we go through the morning. So, right now the surf is great but I don't think that it's going to stay that great for too long. We're probably going to be seeing something a little bumpier and a little sloppier soon enough. It should still be good though, staying at around the three feet mark and keeping that space between waves. Yep, a fun day of surfing in the rain lies ahead!
