Light Cross-Shore wind
Surf conditions at 6.40 a.m. on Tuesday 11th June 2013:
It's a mild and breezy but damp one this morning, all overcast and threatening with a light south sou' westerly wind pushing across the bay.
The surf is small, a foot or two and crumbly but still lining up and just about peeling. There's one out off the Point getting a few long glides on a long board and he looks like he's having some fun.
I'm guessing that the windshift will bring along a fresh new swell along soon enough. Maybe not the clean and sharp stuff of only a few days ago but something a bit bigger and definitely a bit bumpier!
And it looks like it's brightening up already.
It could definitely be worth a check back this afternoon.
And how quiet is it around the area suddenly!? The end of that sunny spell seems to have signalled some sort of exodus.
But then June is always quite quiet.
With Cricket, Football and Tennis on offer elsewhere, the festivals starting to kick in and a few students still dealing with the last of the exams, there are many reasons for skipping a visit to Constantine Bay this month, especially when the weather turns a bit 'iffy'!
But maybe that is the best time to visit?
At least you should get some quiet waves and you never know you could just luck into some okay weather too!
Anyway, if you are down this way, why not drop in on us and check out some of the new stock!?
We are also pushing a bit of stuff on our Facebook shop page and keep an eye out on our Twitter feed and Instagram account too. Look out for some POP UP OFFERS, popping up soon!
