MY Generation says 17-year-old film-maker Kaius Potter. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Oz Grom Open, Lennox Head’s surrounding beaches were full of the next generation of contenders.

Sitting here for two days with my camera made me realise that surfing these peaks were potentially the next Kellys and John Johns.

Kyuss King, 12, with a rail and aerial platter that will make you question how well you were surfing at his age (believe the hype)

Luke Condon, 14, is very well known around local spots such as Lennox Point which is grooming his style, kid has a bright future for sure.

Kai Hing, 16, a well built gymnast which really pays off with his surfing, his physique and body shape while surfing are definitely one to aspire for.

Soli Bailey, 18, with a close 2nd at the recent ISA world titles, he is definitely on the rise and his local knowledge can be seen in this clip.

Jack Duggan, 18, style beyond his years, in the water and out.

Harry Bryant, 16, may look like your stoked out blonde haired surf grom, but is cut above the rest, especially on his backhand!
