About Us

CamperVantastic began in 2006 and was the inspiration of Steve and Kate Lumley. Both experienced and seasoned travellers they have backpacked, camped, and travelled extensively across Europe, India, Africa and have also trekked in the mountains of Nepal and across the wilderness and glaciers of Alaska! It was following their amazing adventure in 2007, with their two small children, that they rediscovered their love of Europe and Campervaning. (Read their travel blog, click here)

Together with the assistance of their "Vantastic" team they bring you a wealth of practical experience and an alternative way to travel, where you take control of when and where to go in the comfort of a well equiped campervan.

Rental

All our campervans are modern 4 berth Volkswagen California T4's or T5's, factory produced by Westfalia or VW, they are the very best, powered by 2.5TDi engines, either 150 or 174 BHP with a 5 or 6 speed manual gearbox. With car-like agility these beauties are comfortable, reliable and efficient (34-36 mpg, combined), they are easy to drive and park yet transform into a cosy home from home, click on the tabs above to see more. Standard equipment includes, two double beds, a sink, 40 litre fridge and double gas ring cooker, reverse parking senors, air conditioning, built in diesel heating system, we also include at no extra cost, a satellite navigation system, dvd player and a fully equipped kitchen to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing journey and great campervanning experience.

You can also chose between left-hand or right-hand drive campervans.
